After all the moving I had done over the years, you would think I would be use to it, but it doesn't get any easier. It is still stressful, especially when you do it in a little over two months and your moving everything and everyone overseas. I have slowly been getting things in order for the trip. I got both dogs a ThunderShirt to help with their anxiety, at this point they are slowly warming up, but they still aren't fans. Every time Trooper wear his, he runs and hides under the blanket on the couch. Another new item, is a new airplane carrier for Trooper. He hates that too!

A friend of mine gave me the idea of creating a blog, so I can share all the adventures Mario and I have while stationed in Germany. Yep, you heard me Germany! We are heading to Stuttgart, Germany in October for the next few years.
The hardest struggle with creating a blog is coming up with the name. I chose the Footprints We Leave, because no matter where the military or life takes us we leave footprints behind. Mario and I just celebrated our 7th year anniversary a few days ago and in those seven years, we have lived in North Carolina, Kansas, Virginia, Colorado and now Germany. We are excited and looking forward to the adventures and memories we will make while over there. Join us on our European adventures. |
